Skoda reveals a new highly-specced special edition Octavia VRS, called the Blackline

Skoda has released a new special edition 'Blackline' Octavia vRS, including £1900 of options for free. Just 500 Blacklines will make it to the UK, available as a hatchback or estate with the 2.0-litre TDI engine.

Options include sat nav, parking sensors, DAB radio and a full leather interior - as well as gloss black alloy wheels. It's available in three colours; Candy White, Black Magic pearl effect or Race Blue metallic.

Prices range from £21,260 to £23,495 depending on spec. Skoda has also slashed the price of its Octavia SE Connect, a well-specified model fitted with the frugal 119g/km 1.6-litre TDI engine, from £18,650 to £13,990.
