TS07 French Exige rival

This is the Technical Studio TS07, a French-designed Exige rival powered by a mid-mounted four-cylinder Peugeot engine producing 200bhp and 162lb ft of torque. The broad-stanced coupe has a glassfibre body – with butterfly-wing doors – and an aluminium tub fabricated from welded sheets.

The rear-drive TS07 has double-wishbone suspension all round and 300mm diameter Brembo brakes at each corner. Kerb weight is 945kg.Although the prototype runs with a four-pot motor, the engine bay will also accept a V6 or V8.

Technical Studio isn’t a car manufacturer as such, rather an automotive engineering consultancy able to design and create one-off specials or limited-series runs. There’s no word yet on pricing for the TS07.
