Land Rover enthusiasts and car fans alike have something entertaining to do this August bank holiday

If you’re a Land Rover enthusiast or simply at a loss for something to entertain the family this August bank holiday – 28-30 August – the Land Rover Max! show promises to have something for everyone.  The Action Arena

The Land Rover Max! action arena will be packed with high octane stunts and displays.

Watch dozens of Land Rovers tackle the LRM twist-off ramp and test their articulation to the max. Our special off-road obstacle will raise the vehicles to startling heights as the Challenge Land Rovers defy gravity.

The 999 demonstration will bring together a range of Land Rover emergency vehicles, as we recreate a live emergency situation with a real inferno for Solihull’s finest to tackle.

Live winching demonstrations uncovering the method behind recovery.

Enjoy the historic 40th Anniversary Range Rover convoy as it makes its way from Gaydon into the Max arena.

Guest Vehicles – Celebrity Land RoversRichard Hammond’s Land Rover, named Buster, will be appearing at the show, sporting its 4.5 V8 and array of top-end modifications.

Come and watch this year’s ‘Star Treatment’ winner get a full makeover in the LRM marquee, transforming it from a tired Discovery into a fully fledged search and rescue unit.

LRM’s Lindsay Porter will be performing a series of ‘how to’ jobs on his concours-worthy 110, laden with every bit of kit going.

With hundreds of trade and club stands, there is every opportunity to seek out new parts and make lasting friendships with enthusiast from all over the world.

Show and Booking Details

Day tickets cost £10 in advance and £14 on the day. There is free entry for children under 16.

Camping is available for the 2-6 nights, priced at £20 per night. Overnight camping is available on the day for Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The off-road course costs £12 per one-hour session.
